Excellent expands into Sweden and Norway

Excellent Business Solutions Eesti AS, a provider of cloud-based business software solutions, has expanded its operations toward Sweden and Norway and will now offer HansaWorld’s software platform solutions as a regional partner across the entire Baltic Sea region—i.e., the Baltic states and Scandinavia.

“A year ago we entered the Lithuanian and Finnish markets with our business software solutions, and as the next logical step we also acquired the distribution rights for HansaWorld solutions in Sweden and Norway,” said Tõnu Schilf, Excellent’s Head of Business Development.

“Many companies here operate across the entire Baltic Sea region, and with Sweden and Norway added we can offer our clients unified solutions throughout Scandinavia and the Baltics.”

According to Schilf, Excellent’s current markets already use business software solutions with strong potential for the Baltic Sea region’s largest markets—Norway and Sweden. In addition to the current Baltic and Finnish markets with a combined population of 12 million, the company’s focus now expands to Sweden and Norway, which together have more than 16 million inhabitants.

“Our existing references and strengths, for example in real estate, accounting, sales and warehouse management, and other professional services—together with business software solutions tailored to local markets—create strong preconditions for making a strategic leap forward,” he noted. “By entering Sweden and Norway, we are moving toward our strategic goal of offering international clients in the Baltic Sea region a strong alternative to Microsoft and other large, complex, and expensive solutions.”

Excellent Business Solutions Eesti AS forecasts this year’s revenue to exceed €7 million.

“Our headcount has doubled compared to a year ago and has reached 66 people. This growth is largely driven by our focus on foreign markets, where our goal is to provide both local companies and clients operating across the region with consistent service quality, well-designed software development, and comprehensive support across multiple markets at the same time,” said Tõnu Schilf.

Excellent Business Solutions Eesti AS, an Estonian-capital company, provides business software solutions built on the HansaWorld platform in Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, and Finland, and from the beginning of 2026 also in Sweden and Norway. On the Baltic and Finnish markets, Excellent Business Solutions’ business software solutions are used by more than 30,000 companies.
