Contracts

In the contracts module, you can prepare periodic invoices for many customers at the same time. Different products or services can be entered into the contract and invoices can be created automatically according to the current prices. The contracts module enables periodic invoicing for everything from maintenance contracts to lease claims, membership and tuition fees. There is a constant overview of the contracts: contract offers, current status of the contract and invoicing for the client’s contracts. When preparing invoices, it is possible to use two different logics – calendar month or contract-based invoicing.
