Expenses
The expenses module makes it quick and easy to maintain internal expense accounting and reporting. In the program, it is possible to digitize expense documents, eliminating long and error-filled manual data entry. Standard Books is interfaced with Finbite and Costpocket environments, from where you can import cost reports. Expenses and checks will then automatically appear in the Expenses module. The expenses module can also be used with other e-invoice operators. From invoices received as e-invoices of the supplier, it is possible to prepare an expense instead of a purchase invoice.
