The maintenance service module helps companies involved in after-sales maintenance and service. In the program, it is possible to monitor products under repair, create work orders, link completed work and used spare parts to a specific order, and submit invoices based on costs. The additional function “Work sheet web” gives the employee the opportunity to open the work list and the work sheet on a smart device, where he can also fill out a check sheet and sign documents while he is at the customer’s place.
