Through folders, you can interact with co-workers, customers, suppliers, and other contacts. In folders, you can share information and make files available to other employees of the company. Inside each folder, in turn, you can create a subfolder, similar to the folders on your computer’s hard drive. Create separate folders, for example, for marketing materials, manuals, or scanned documents. All files added to folders are automatically encrypted for security purposes.
