You can send e-mails from the program, either as a single message or as invoices and offers. Built-in email feature works as the so-called e-mail client program or uses the same email addresses and settings as the current e-mail program (for example, Outlook).

Through folders, you can interact with co-workers, customers, suppliers, and other contacts. In folders, you can share information and make files available to other employees of the company. Inside each folder, in turn, you can create a subfolder, similar to the folders on your computer’s hard drive. Create separate folders, for example, for marketing materials, manuals, or scanned documents. All files added to folders are automatically encrypted for security purposes. Folders are like public mailboxes, the contents of which are visible to all employees (according to the access rights granted)
